Items cannot come back as long as the item is current or paid at the time of removal, or if the collection is older than three years. This holds true except in very rare circumstances. If the item does happen to come back, we will re-dispute and remove the item for you at no extra cost.

After you complete our new client sign up process, we only ask 2 things of you.

The first thing we ask is for you to not apply for any new credit during the repair process. This will drastically slow down your results.

The second thing we ask is every 30-45 days you will receive letters in the mail from the credit bureaus and creditors that we are disputing with. We need these letters to be uploaded into your client portal so we can see their responses which will help us with our next steps in the repair process.

A disputed item can be anything ranging from simple incorrect personal information to something more serious like a bankruptcy. Each item disputed per bureau counts towards your monthly limit. For example, if you have 2 inquiries, 2 collections, a repossession, and a late payment that we need to dispute for you, this would count as 6 items. If we need to do that for all 3 bureuas, that would count as 18 items in total.
